Shipping policy

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 12-14 business days for shipping.

Damaged Items: Collectors must notify CIK Printing of damaged artwork, providing supporting photographs, within three (3) days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement. Assessment of damage, and the following decision regarding refund eligibility, is made at the sole discretion of CIK Printing. After this three-day period (starting from the “delivered” date indicated by the mail courier), CIK Printing will not guarantee a replacement item. For this reason, CIK Printing strongly encourages all collectors to check their orders for quality immediately upon receipt.

The collector assumes risk of items damaged or lost in transit upon completion of purchase.

If you have recently received a damaged order from CIK Printing, please take pictures of your item and the packaging in which it came, and include them in an email to info@cikprinting.com within three (3) days of receipt.

Lost or Stolen Items: CIK Printing assumes that all provided address information is correct and that collectors are able to receive packages at their shipping addresses. Once an order is released to the mail courier, the collector bears the responsibility of tracking their package and ensuring that they are able to receive it.

If you believe that your package has been stolen, please file a report with your local police department, and notify any neighbor or front office representative who might have accepted the package on your behalf.

Order Cancellations: Due to the limited nature of fine art, all sales are final upon shipment. Orders may be cancelled for a full refund until they are shipped. CIK Printing does not accept returns or exchanges.

Undelivered Orders: CIK Printing is not responsible for bounced packages or nondeliveries. CIK Printing assumes that all address information provided by the collector is correct and that collectors are able to receive packages at their provided shipping addresses. An undelivered order (that is returned to CIK Printing by the courier) may be reshipped at the collector’s expense.

We cannot combine shipping for multiple orders at this time, we apologize for the inconvenience.
